I grew in a society not easy to talk about the natures of being woman in many aspects. Today, as a mid-life women I am witnessing there are still these taboos in all around the World.
I am a strong advocate to do something both personally and professionally to break taboos, to raise awareness with a brave communication and nutritious foods, supporting women who are living the menopause part of their life.
