Our commitment.
Morrisons is passionate about supporting everyone on their menopause journey, with many people often going through this transition during their working lives.
We are empowering our colleagues to feel confident about discussing their menopause symptoms and supporting customers in store by creating a comfortable and reassuring environment. We hope through this important work, we will raise awareness of menopause and finally end the ‘taboo’ – helping to improve the experience of our customers and colleagues.
Menopause-friendly products from Morrisons
The aim of our collaboration with GenM Collective, is to help our customers, who are either experiencing or will experience symptoms of menopause, to recognise their symptoms early and provide them with the relevant products to improve their personal experience. We hope that we can expand the roll-out to further stores in the future to help raise awareness of the common signs of menopause to our customers and to provide education on the specific products which can help them.
