We've signed the Menopause Workplace Pledge
Since 2022, we have partnered with internationally recognised charity, Wellbeing of Women. A pioneering women's health charity, Wellbeing of Women is committed to saving and changing the lives of women, girls and babies, through research, education and advocacy. The Menopause Workplace Pledge is a women's health initiative created by Wellbeing of Women, to encourage businesses and employers to ensure everyone going through the menopause is supported in the workplace.
In October of 2022, we signed the Menopause Workplace Pledge. By signing the pledge, we committed to talking openly, positively and respectfully about menopause, to actively support and inform employees and recognise that menopause is a real issue in the workplace.
