Entry Criteria

Submissions must relate to activity and initiatives that have occurred in the last 12 months.

Some of the details our judges will be looking for you to include:

• Overview of the company’s vision and strategy for menopause.
• What thinking/insight/problems/opportunities have driven the development of this product, range, campaign or activity?
• What strategy/solutions have been employed to drive its development?
• How was the plan executed?
• What were the objectives and what have been the results? Please include numerical information where possible on sales, growth, market share, profits, consumer and customer engagement, and other useful KPIs and metrics.
• How the activity has contributed to:
  • Delivering greater visibility for menopause solutions AND those experiencing it.
  • Delivering more choice for those in menopause to manage their signs.
  • Building credible and trusted menopause support.
  • Helping those in menopause thrive and feel empowered to be able to control their menopause their way.
• Any long-term outcomes, including qualitative and quantitative results.
• Any lessons learned and future activity or actions intended to take place.
