As a powerful collective, GenM represents an under-served audience shrouded in stigma and misinformation.

Our pioneering Partners are publicly committing to change, launching meaningful, menopause-friendly initiatives that benefit both employees and consumers. Together, they’re starting to reframe the narrative and normalise the conversation, helping society to see the menopause in a new light – and we believe in rewarding this great progress.

That’s why we’re launched GenM’s Annual Menopause Awards. The world-first awards will honour the achievements made by our Partners in improving the menopause experience.

  • Workplace awareness initiative of the year

    Recognising the most impactful menopause awareness campaign or initiative inside the workplace, helping to break the stigma and normalise menopause conversation inside their organisation.

    This award honours the most impactful campaign to grow menopause awareness inside their organisation.

    The winning entry will have made an outstanding contribution towards encouraging menopause-related discussion within the workplace, helping to end the stigma and cement their commitment to Generation Menopause.

    Honouring a Partner who is using their influence for the greater good, this award recognises the most impactful campaign or initiative to help normalise the conversation and grow societal awareness of the menopause.

    The winning entry will have made an outstanding contribution towards encouraging menopause-related discussion across their audience and wider society, helping to end the stigma and cement their commitment to Generation Menopause.

  • Driving menopause action in the workplace

    Awarded to the best internal activity, campaign or initiative that has pushed boundaries to offer effective solutions to support and improve the menopause experience within the workplace.

    A mark of excellence for the menopause in the workplace, this prestigious award recognises a Partner brand’s commitment and determination to improve the menopause experience within the workplace.

    The winner will have launched an internal activity, campaign or initiative that has pushed the boundaries of what’s been done before in offering menopause solutions and support at work. In doing so, this partner is actively improving their employees’ working lives before, during and after the menopause.

  • Leading social changes for menopause

    Celebrating the best activity, campaign or initiative to go above and beyond to provide effective solutions to support and improve the menopause experience.

    Recognising a Partner brand’s exemplary contribution towards improving the menopause experience for this under-served audience.

    The winner will have launched an external activity, campaign or initiative that has pushed the boundaries of what’s been done before in offering transformational solutions and support for the menopause. In doing so, this partner is actively improving people’s everyday lives before, during and after the menopause.

  • Menopause champion of the year

    An individual inside the GenM Collective who has made a tremendous contribution to the menopause.

    Honouring an individual’s outstanding efforts, both inside or outside the workplace, to end the stigma of the menopause and help cement their Partner organisation’s unwavering commitment to Generation Menopause and the wider menopause experience.

    A prestigious award bestowed by the GenM Collective on a Partner brand for their exceptional menopause achievements.

    This winner will not only have demonstrated extraordinary leadership to raise awareness but will have made a positive difference to the menopause experience by committing to our mutual mission.

  • Breakthrough partner

    A Partner to have recently joined the GenM Collective who is showing stand-out promise and potential.

    Recognising a breakthrough Partner who has shown outstanding promise in their commitment to Generation Menopause.

    The winner of this award will be new to the Collective within the last six months and have already demonstrated the positive impact they will make for the menopause.

    Awarded to Partners who have collaborated or harnessed the power of the GenM Collective to amass attention, as voted for by GenM Founders.

    This award shines a light on Partners who have collaborated to drive the menopause transformation, or Partners who have harnessed the power of the Collective to amass attention – as voted for by GenM Founders, Heather Jackson and Sam Simister.

Chosen by our judging panel of industry experts, this award celebrates the stand-out Partner who has made an outstanding contribution to drive change for the menopause in the workplace and across society.

The GenM Partner of the Year Award is the highest honour given by our independent judging panel of industry experts. Rewarding the best entry into the 2023 GenM Awards, the winning Partner will have provided clear evidence of the challenges presented for the menopause, implemented an effective solution, and have consequently made a positive impact across society at large.
