Nu Allume

Our commitment.
Nu Allumé is entirely formulated to support skin through peri-menopause, menopause and post-menopause.
We are not adapting existing skincare or placing menopause language on standard formulations. Our products are built from the ground up around the microbiome–menopause connection, recognising that hormonal change alters the skin’s microbiome in ways that go beyond ageing alone.
This understanding guides every formulation decision, with a focus on supporting skin health, barrier function and comfort during this stage of life. Alongside our products, we are committed to helping normalise menopause conversations so women feel confident, understood and supported at every stage.
Menopause-friendly products from Nu Allume
I didn’t set out to create a skincare brand, I was trying to understand what was happening to my own skin during peri-menopause. I couldn’t find anything on the shelves that reflected what I was experiencing. Everything was about chasing youth instead of recognising the change I was going through. I began exploring the science and that journey led me to what we now call the microbiome–menopause connection, how hormonal change alters the skin’s microbiome beyond ageing alone. That discovery became the foundation of Nu Allumé and remains the central pillar in how menopausal skin should be cared for.
