Hey Sister!

Our commitment.
At Hey Sister!, our menopause commitment is built on one core belief: women deserve better, better information, better options, and better support than they’ve historically been given.
Menopause and perimenopause have been misunderstood, under-researched and brushed off for far too long, and we’re not here to sugar-coat that. We’re here to change it. Through education that empowers (not overwhelms) and a healthy dose of humour that says “you’re not broken”, we champion honest conversations and science-backed, plant-based solutions that actually support the whole body. Our formulations, including Khapregesic®, are designed to help ease joint pain, hot flushes and night sweats, support better sleep, steady mood swings and restore day-to-day comfort, because this phase isn’t just about hormones, it’s about quality of life. We believe menopause deserves evidence, empathy and a little lightness along the way, not silence, stigma or suffering.
Like most women, I started going through menopause feeling alone and unsure of what was happening to my body – and how to treat the many symptoms. I don’t want any woman to ever feel that way again.”

COO of Hey Sister!
At Hey Sister!, we’re proud to be one of the first brands to partner with the M-Tick in Australia. A powerful symbol of trust for people navigating menopause. It’s time women had clear, credible options they can rely on. We’re here to lead the change with plant-based products that offer real and full-body support that speaks to what women really need.
