At Mineralyte, we’re committed to supporting women with clean, sugar-free hydration they can use every day, including through perimenopause and menopause.

Naturally derived from seawater, Mineralyte was designed with flexibility in mind. As an unflavoured liquid electrolyte, it can be added to any drink, hot or cold, offering women simple, effective hydration support that is easy to weave into daily life.

We’re proud to partner with GenM and to be part of a global movement creating greater visibility, trust and choice for menopausal women. As a former nurse, I’ve long understood how much hydration shapes the way women feel, function and recover. That understanding, together with a deep curiosity about why we feel so restored by the ocean, helped inspire Mineralyte. Partnering with GenM feels like a natural extension of our mission to support women with smart daily hydration through
perimenopause, menopause and beyond.
