hello world!

Better nights sleep for a better you

Night sweats and hot flushes are two of the most common symptoms of the menopause, so it's really no wonder so many of us are hacked off with the lack of help from our favourite brands (87% to be exact).

We spend around a third of our lives in bed and we think that should be time spent well – not tossing and turning, dripping with sweat.

Finally some retailers are waking up to our needs and answering our (tired) call for help. There’s a lot more to be done, but here are the brands already making a difference with products designed to help your menopausal body sleep soundly.

Become Clothing's claim to fame is the fact they’ve developed the first hydraderma and anti-flush clothing, designed to keep symptoms including night sweats, hot flushes and skin irritation at bay.

On the site, you can read more why their fabric is different and check out the wide range of clothing they provide – from hot flush–proof shapewear, underwear, nightwear through to leggings and facemasks.
