HELP & ADVICE FOR PARTNERS

According to the British Menopause Society, 38% of partners feel helpless when it comes to supporting a woman through menopause. We don’t want anyone to feel like this any longer.

We’ve spent hours searching for the best content designed to help you help the woman in your life. What have we found? Articles, articles and more articles. We’re not knocking articles – they’re a really useful source of information.

But we think we could do so much more as a society to give you a helping hand. After all, the menopause and its varying symptoms can be baffling enough for the women experiencing them, never mind those who are close to them.

This is why our site is designed for both women and the family, friends and colleagues in their lives. We hope you delve into the rest of the site – in particular, the Symptoms pages, which have been designed to help everyone learn more about the side-effects of the menopause and how you can navigate this challenging time together.

For now, we hope that this page, along with society, will grow, as we find new and relevant content and support networks. And if you make a great discovery you think others would benefit from, please share it with us. Because together, we’ve got this.
