FEEL LIKE YOURSELF AGAIN

Dealing with some of the more tricky and embarrassing side-effects of the perimenopause and menopause? There are products out there that can help you get your confidence back – from the office to the bedroom and everywhere in between.

We’ve broken this section down into two parts; intimate care, and period and incontinence products.

We wanted to share products that are a bit different with you – whether in their design, ingredients, how environmentally-friendly they are or because they’re made by a brand speaking up for women going through the change.

From products to keep down there happy and healthy, to those helping us banish incontinence woes and deal with those final periods, here’s our run-down of the crème de la crème of femcare.

We’ll be adding more sites to this page over time, but right now, these are brands and individuals who’ve made a commitment to women going through the menopause.
