We think it’s an incredibly positive sign that there are so many great books about the menopause. We huddled ourselves away to read many of the titles mentioned below, and delved into hundreds of both reader and critic reviews to select our top titles.

Whether you’re looking for a book that shares the steps you can take towards a smoother menopause, or simply need something to help you see the funny side of those more tricksy symptoms, there’s something for everyone.
